What we do with it
We use what you send us for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, and prepare an estimate. We may keep your enquiry on file so we have a record of the conversation if the project moves forward.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade, or share it with third parties for their own marketing. We will not add you to a mailing list on the basis of an estimate request.
Who else may see it
Form submissions are delivered through a third-party form-handling service and reach us by email, so those providers process the message in transit. If your project requires it, we may share relevant project details with subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, or permitting authorities working on your job. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not build a profile of you. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google’s servers receive your IP address as part of serving those files.
If we add website analytics in future, this policy will be updated to say so before that happens.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept only as long as they are useful for following up, and are deleted after that. Records connected to work we actually performed are retained for as long as we are required to keep business and construction records under Florida law.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at the phone number or email address above and we will handle the request. If you asked us to follow up and change your mind, tell us and we will stop.
